How can I add a student to my network if the student already has an account with Test Innovators?
For students with existing Test Innovator accounts, you will first need to get permission from the purchaser of the materials for that account. This is typically the parent/guardian of the student, though sometimes this may be the student's school. Then, you will need to reach out to support@testinnovators.com to ask for the account to be added to your network. You can do this all with one email by including both the purchaser and our support team as email recipients with the message below:
'Please link [student username/email] to my network. I have cc'd their [parent/guardian] to give
permission.'
Once permission has been granted, we will add the student to your network.

How do I assign individual homework assignments?
1. Log into your account and navigate to your Educator Tools.
2. Select 'Students' from the sidebar menu and click on a specific student.
3. Once you're on the student's profile page, scroll down to the 'Edit Prep Plan' section and click on '+New HW.'

How do I delete individual homework assignments?
1. Log into your account and navigate to your Educator Tools.
2. Select 'Students' from the sidebar menu and click on a specific student.
3. Once you're on the student's profile page, scroll down to the 'Edit Prep Plan' section.
4. If you wish to delete a homework assignment, click on the trash can icon next to an assignment to remove it from a student's prep plan.

How do I upgrade a student's materials?
| Note: If you are not the network manager, please contact your organization's manager as they are the only ones with access to upgrade materials. |
1. Log into your account and navigate to your Educator Tools.
2. Select 'Billing' from the sidebar menu.
3. Click the 'Upgrade Student' button to the top right and select the level of test materials for the student on the top left.
4. Find the student you wish to upgrade. Then click on 'Select Package' for the student you wish to upgrade.
5. Choose the package that you wish to add to the student's account.
6. Click 'next' to enter your payment information. Note: If this is your first payment, please enter your billing address or the order will not be completed. Once you complete your payment information, hit 'Submit Payment'.
7. When the payment has succeeded, your student will have access to the materials.

I purchased items for a student, but I'm not seeing them under their account. Can you help?

1. Log into your account and navigate to your Educator Tools.
2. Select 'Billing' from the sidebar menu.
3. Locate the purchase within the 'Order' section. The purchase should have a status that indicates if any further information is needed to process the payment. If the status does not say 'Completed', then the order has not gone through.
