Tutor Billing - Cancelling Incomplete Orders 10/18/22
Hi, tutor partners! We've added a feature to the new billing tool that will let you cancel an order before payment is processed. Orders that are in the "Awaiting Payment" status or earlier will have this option. You'll see the "Cancel Order" button at the bottom of the page that asks for payment details. If your order is already "Complete" (i.e. payment has already been submitted), you will need to reach out to our support team for cancellation steps. Tutor Billing Improvements 9/28/22
Attention, tutor partners! We are updating how the Billing tab works so that we are now processing payment information through the Educator Tools. With these changes, you will be able to see the individual and total costs for the accounts more easily, and you'll receive an immediate receipt for your order because payment is collected at the time the account is created.
The first time you go into this improved Billing tool, please use the Add Address button under the Personal Payment Info section of your Billing tab. This billing address will be stored securely, and you will only need to enter it this one time.

Mock Test Mode Breaks 4/18/22
Users in Mock Test Mode will now have breaks incorporated in as they take their test. The number of breaks and their lengths will be determined by:
- The test being taken (ISEE vs SSAT)
- Level of the test (Primary vs Upper)
- Timing accommodations, which will extend the length as well as increase the frequency of the breaks

Automatic Dashboard Refresh 3/31/22
Student dashboards will now automatically refresh when a teacher purchases an upgrade or locks/unlocks a test. This will allow teachers to start mock tests for their students.
Assigning Teachers and Classrooms 2/18/22
The process of adding teachers and classrooms has been simplified, making it easier for schools and tutor networks to assign teachers to the proper class. For more details and instructions on this process, read our guide here.
