If you are having trouble logging in to your Test Innovators account and finding the materials you purchased, this article will help you troubleshoot.
If you get an “Incorrect username or password” message after attempting to log in:
1) Check your login credentials.
Be sure that you are entering the same email address or username that you entered when you signed up. Please note that emails, usernames, and passwords are case-sensitive and cannot have additional spacing.
2) Try resetting your password.
If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new password on the login page. Click on “Forgot Password?” and enter the email address associated with your account. If there is a local Test Innovators account associated with this email address, you will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
3) You may need to log in with ERB or log in with Google.
Log in with ERB: If you initially signed up or purchased practice materials when you registered for the official ISEE test, select the “Log in with ERB” button and enter the credentials you use to log in to your ERB parent account.

Log in with Google: If you initially signed up through your Google account, please select “Log in with Google.”
If you were able to log in to your account, but don’t see any of the materials you purchased:
1) Check the website.
If you were able to log in to your account, but don’t see any of the materials you purchased, double-check to make sure you are logging in to the correct site. For example, if you have an ISEE account, you will need to login to our ISEE site.

2) Check your test level.
Once you are in your dashboard, check the upper right corner of your screen to make sure you are looking at the right test level. To switch levels, click on the drop down menu and select the correct level.
3) You may need to log out and log back in with ERB or with Google.
If you have logged in to your Test Innovators account and don’t see any of the materials you purchased, you may have a separate ERB or Google account. In this case, you would need to sign out of your Test Innovators account and log back in through ERB or Google.
Log in with ERB: Select the “Log in with ERB” button and enter the credentials you use to log in to your ERB parent account.

Log in with Google: If you signed up or previously logged in through your Google account, please select “Log in with Google."
