If you're receiving an error message when logging in to your account, the first step is make sure that you're using the correct email address and password. From the login page, click the “Forgot Password” link, and an email will be sent to the email associated with your account for next steps.
If you've already attempted to reset your password, here are some troubleshooting steps you can use to access your account:
- Completely close out of your entire browser. Occasionally, your browser cookies might need a reset, and may cause login issues.
- Reopen your browser, open a new page or tab, and navigate to the practice test website you are signed up for (see page links listed below) without using any saved bookmarks, links, or pages.
