If your child is using Test Innovators to prepare for the ACT, you can keep track of their activity on their account. The first step is to login to their account and navigate to the Dashboard.
There are three primary places where you'll want to look to see what they've been working on: the Analysis, the Prep Plan, and the Practice Exercises.
The Analysis
- Click the Analysis tab at the top of the screen to check out which tests they've started or have already completed.
- Click on the test dropdown in the upper left to see which tests they've worked on.
- If there is a date next to the practice test, that means they've completed that test.
- If it says In Progress, that means they've started the test but have not yet completed it.
For more information about what you'll see in the Analysis area, check out the article about Viewing Official ACT Practice Test Analyses and Viewing TI Practice Test Analyses. |
The Prep Plan
- Our system makes recommendations about best next steps, including practice exercises to work on and test sections to review. You can head into the Prep Plan to see which recommendations your student has completed.
- Click on the Prep Plan tab at the top of the dashboard.
- Any tasks in the Next Step or Upcoming Tasks areas have not yet been completed.
- To view recommendations that your student has completed, click on the View Completed link toward the top of the page.
- From here, you'll be able to see which recommendations they've completed from their Prep Plan and when they completed them. Select any activity to review their work.
The Practice Exercises
- To see all of the Practice Exercises that your student has completed, click on the Practice Exercises tab at the top of your screen.
- On the left-hand side of your screen, you'll see several filter options. Under Status, select the Completed button to display only those exercises that your student has completed. You can also select In Progress to see exercises that they've begun working on.
